Can I register in Romania a car purchased in another EU country?
In principle, yes, if the applicable requirements are met and the necessary original documents are available. We review provenance, proof of ownership, technical documents and the RAR route before confirming the steps.
Can the registration be completed without me travelling at all?
It depends on the procedure. Some stages may be handled through representation, while others require the owner’s presence, an appropriate power of attorney or physical presentation of the vehicle.
Do you handle ownership transfers after purchasing a Romanian-registered vehicle?
Yes. We review the transaction documents and coordinate the steps required to record the new owner.
Can you obtain temporary plates?
We can prepare and coordinate the request where the vehicle and documents are eligible. The permit and plates are issued exclusively by the competent authority.
Can you arrange a RAR appointment?
Yes. We can coordinate the appointment and documents after identifying the correct RAR procedure. Some appointments cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation.
Can you inspect a car before I buy it?
Yes. We can arrange a visual and technical inspection, diagnostics and document checks. A workshop assessment may be required for deeper conclusions.
Is a complete vehicle history guaranteed?
No. We can check available sources and documents, but we cannot guarantee that every event in the vehicle’s history has been recorded or is accessible.
Can a vehicle be registered in Bulgaria?
It can be assessed and coordinated only where the individual or company meets the applicable local conditions. Residence or registered office, ownership, documents and the vehicle’s situation are reviewed before acceptance.
Can a vehicle be registered in Poland or Czechia?
Only in eligible cases. We assess residence, registered office, owner or operator status, taxes, insurance and documents. Not every request can be accepted.
Do you assist with historic vehicles?
We can coordinate preliminary review and the administrative route, but historic status is determined by the competent organisations and authorities.
Are authority fees included?
Do not assume they are included. Official fees, insurance, translations, notarial services, transport and third-party professional services are quoted separately.
How long does it take?
The timeframe depends on the procedure, appointments, available documents and the competent authority. We provide an estimate after reviewing the case, without guaranteeing an official deadline.
